Jennifer Imion is a result-driven and creative business leader with over 8 years’ experience in people management and creating innovative business solutions. Imion is Vice President of Operations at Mavin Global, parent company of Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records.In the five years she’s held the position, she has overseen the expansion and management of Mavin’s studios, teams and corporate offices. She has also been pivotal to the label’s capacity to bring on new talent and further enshrine its place as Africa’s largest entertainment company.


Jennifer Imion holds a masters degree in Energy from Edinburgh’s Heriot-Watt University. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Igbinedion University. Passionate about women inclusivity, gender equity, and people growth, she has frontlined many projects that center these poignant social issues, addressing them and catalyzing important social conversations around them. Profiled by Global Citizen as one of the 9 Kick Ass Women in the Nigerian Music Industry, and listed among 3Music Awards Top 50 Women in African Music, Jennifer Imion has led key industry activations like the annual Mavin International Women’s Day Campaign, and the Mavin Future Five Initiative.
